The month of June was chosen for LGBT Pride Month to commemorate the Stonewall riots, which occurred at the end of June 1969. As a result, many pride events are held during this month to recognize the impact LGBTQ people have had in the world.

Pride Month Events

  • LGBTQ+ Youth Art Exhibit

    Running the entire month of June, the LGBTQ+ Youth Art Exhibit will showcase the work of local artists ages 13 to 24 at the Enterprise Museum. The exhibit kicks off with an opening reception on June 2nd from 2pm to 4pm at the Enterprise Museum.
