FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Event will go on, rain or shine!
Each Vendor has one 10x10 space unless more than one space was purchased. NO canopy, tables, chairs, extension cords, or equipment of any kind will be provided. You will need to provide all the set up, shelter, and supplies needed for your booth.
Electricity is available sporadically throughout the venue footprint but we can make no guarantee you will have close access to power.
To unload anything for the festival please follow the instructions emailed to you. There will be Festival staff present to direct you to your area. There will be limited volunteers available to help you unload. Once you have unloaded everything, please move your car immediately to one of the available parking spaces in Lot 4 or the Volusia County Courthouse Parking Garage. All vendors must be checked in and unload by 1pm. No vendors will be allowed to drive through the footprint between 1:00pm and 11:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendors CANNOT drive any stakes into the ground or use anything that can permanently damage the venue area. All vendors should bring weights for any tents as a precaution.
To ensure our event starts on time we ask all vendors to be set up and ready to go by 1:45pm.
Please be sure to bring adequate change/petty cash. The area businesses and Volusia Pride will not be able to break large bills or make change throughout the day.
This event is rain or shine. No refunds or transfers will be granted.
Volusia Pride will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any vendor’s property during the event.
Vendors selling merchandise are responsible for reporting and paying all sales tax to city/county/state.
FOOD VENDORS: Food trucks/vendors must comply with all City of DeLand ordinances and are responsible for their own permitting. Food trucks/vendors will also be required to submit a COI and registration and/or permit number. Pre-packaged food vendors are accepted as regular vendors.
Non food vendors MAY NOT sell soda, juice, tea, coffee, water, or alcohol. All alcohol sales can ONLY be done by licensed vendors approved IN ADVANCE by the City of DeLand and Volusia Pride.
There is NO NUDITY of any kind allowed. This is a family friendly event and any vendors not adhering to this requirement will be dismissed from the event by City of DeLand officials or Volusia Pride Board of Directors. Any material deemed inappropriate by Volusia Pride, City of DeLand, or County of Volusia will not be permitted to be sold or displayed and must be removed immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse vendor space to any vendors that conflict with our mission and values or violate any terms set by our venue or local government.
The layout and space assignments will be displayed below after February 7, 2025.
We look forward to seeing everyone at this year’s festival! Until then, Cheers and please feel free to email or call me with any questions.
With Pride,
Ann-Marie Willacker, Volusia Pride President

LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS
Vendors can begin loading in as early as 11:00am.
All Vendors should enter the venue area at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Woodland Blvd. If you are looking for the closest business to that intersection to enter into your GPS, you can use the Elusive Grape (129 N Woodland Blvd. DeLand 32720) at the corner of Indiana and Woodland.
Once you check in with our team, they will direct you to the section you are assigned to. This year all vendors are assigned to a section instead of a specific space number. When you get to your section, you may set up in any of the designated spaces in that section. Volunteers will be available to answer any questions. It is important that you set up within the boundaries of the 10’ x 10’ space that is marked on the ground.
This venue is entirely outdoors. It is recommended that you bring a canopy to shelter you and your booth from the sun and weather. Tents should have weights to prevent any wind incidents. The event is rain or shine.
After unloading, volunteers will direct you to one of the side exits and direct you to parking in either Lot 4 (for sections 5 through 9) or the VC Courthouse Garage (for sections 1 through 3).
All spaces are 10x10. We have a full slate of vendors this year so it is imperative that you fit within your designated space.
Breakdown can begin at 9:00pm but you will not be able to bring your vehicle into the venue area until 11:00pm. If you plan to breakdown at 9:00pm, we recommend bringing a wagon or dolly to help load out. Volunteers will not be available during load out.
